Created during lockdown in 2020, Nokori Key is a love letter to Animal Crossing.
During a time where the world was confined to their homes and emotions varied from despair, boredom, anxiety and more; many found solace in a game called Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Psygon was one such person. Taking his love for the game and his need to create, and channeling it into a project. The game runs on real time with each hour being assigned a different soundtrack. Psygon took these hourly themes and flipped each into a brand new form. Crafted over 24 days (a day for each track), Nokori Key provided purpose, focus and release for the producer with the sincere hope that it could do the same for his listeners.
